People who live on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand, in and around Pattaya and Jomtien, rather than visiting writers. The guides come from living here day to day, and the companion book is written with a local co-author.

Our story

We moved to Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard and never looked back. After helping friend after friend navigate visas, condos and culture shock, we decided to put everything we know in one place.

This site is free to use. We make a living through our ebooks, relocation services, vetted rentals and trusted referral partners, so our incentive is simple: help you succeed here.

Which parts of Thailand do you cover?

The Eastern Seaboard: Pattaya, Jomtien, Na Jomtien and Bang Saray. Cost, visa and property guidance applies across Thailand, but the local recommendations are places on this coast that we use ourselves.
